GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
At the time of reservation, the tenant must pay 50% of the total amount within 3 days.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation within 24 hours after reservation.
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is due.
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount is due.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit must be paid to our account before arrival.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage has been found.
Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in partial or full retention of the deposit.
We recommend having personal liability insurance.
QUIET AND CONDUCT
Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and other residents.
USE OF THE PROPERTY
The property may only be occupied by the tenant.
Subletting or transfer is not permitted without the landlord’s written consent.
OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of guests may not be exceeded.
In case of violation, the tenant may be held liable.
FURNITURE AND INTERIOR
Furniture may not be moved or removed, except for linen and small items.
Changes to furniture, layout, or decoration are not permitted.
