The story of "Le Sable Doux"

We would like to introduce ourself:  We are Jochen and Sandra, and the core business of our company consists of our restaurant, "De Lekpot" in Middelkerke, where you can enjoy a nice lunch or dinner with sea view, and our interior decoration shop "Couleurs de Provence" in the center of Middelkerke, where you can buy all kinds of nice interior items or accessories such as jewelry, handbags, etc..

In 2018 we have started the concept of "Le Sable Doux". Due to a shortage of accommodation with luxury rooms in our neighborhood we have tried to fill in that emptiness and create the best of both worlds. A luxury studio with hotel allures, with all basic needs, minimal service, central location in Middelkerke and a flexible attitude towards the guests. Our target audience are bon vivants! 

A few years later, a holiday home and an apartment were also added. Enjoy a vacation with family or friends in the heart of Middelkerke or in cozy warm Spain at the Costa Del Sol. For your privacy and convenience, each room is equipped with a private bathroom. This way you can enjoy a carefree holiday!

"Le Sable Doux" stands for carefree enjoyment as a couple, with friends or with family on holiday!

Information

Bed linen:

The property is equipped with quality luxury bedding for a peaceful night's sleep. I

Bathroom: 

Every bathroom is equipped with the necessary towels and toilet paper.

Breakfast: not included 

The accommodations are equipped with all basic necessities to prepare a simple breakfast. There is a Nespresso compatible coffee machine and an electric kettle.  

Restaurant: We are the owner of Restaurant De Lekpot, located on the Zeedijk nr 138 in Middelkerke. As with our accommodations  we try to satisfy our customers and make the "experience" of their stay as good as possible. We still have many colleagues who are worth visiting. You will find a list of this in our accommodation.

Rules

Deposit:

The deposit has to be transferred and on the account before arrival and will be will be refunded within 7 days after departure. Any damages made by your actions will be deducted from the deposit. We advise our guests to have family insurance to reduce the costs to the minimum due to possible accidents or accidental damage made to the accommodation.

Cleaning Costs:

It is clearly indicated per accommodation whether the final cleaning is included in the price or not. Any additional costs are listed with the important information.

Standard cleaning? You leave the house brush clean, the kitchen is cleaned, tidy and neat, you bring garbage to the provided location.

The accommodations are furnished with very high quality building materials.  We ask our guests to deal with and maintain them with due care and respect. Every accommodations is equipped with a vacuum cleaner to make the parquet and floor occasionally sand-free. Any cleaning of extremely dirty situations will be charged.

The minimum age to check in is 21

Smoking is not allowed

Parties/meetings are not allowed

It should be quiet between 10pm and 7am.

Pets are not allowed, except with prior agreement of the owner.
